Winona-Ryder

Winona Ryder, professionally Winona Ryder, was born on Winona Minnesota. The parents of her daughter named her in honor of her hometown. Michel Horowitz was her father as well as Cynthia Palmer, his mother was both an author as well as editors. Ryder's father is from the Jewish family. Ryder thinks she's Jewish. She has a younger brother Uria and half-siblings Jubal as well as Sunyata. In the year Ryder was only seven her family moved into Mendocino County California. In Mendocino County, they did not have electricity. Ryder became an avid reading book because there was no TV. Ryder began to take acting classes in the American Conservatory Theatre in 1983 aged 12 years old. At the age of fifteen, she landed her first part on the screen in Lucas. Ryder was bullied in the high school. Her thought was that by becoming an actor, her behavior could be reduced. Unfortunately, it didn't work out. However, she continued to pursue her ambitions. Beetlejuice, a 1988 Tim Burton film, was her first big break. Ryder continued to be successful in her characters in numerous films. In 1993 she won an Oscar Award in the film The Age of Innocence.
